After confirming the selected item a secure window will open with the page of payment service provider ArsenalPay, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder 3D Secure protocol is used. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. According to the Government of the Russian Federation on January 19, 1998, in case of detection of defects of goods, the properties of which do not allow to eliminate them (food products, perfumes and cosmetics, household chemicals and other goods), the buyer has the right at his choice to demand replacement of such goods with goods of proper quality or a commensurate reduction in the purchase price. Instead of making these claims, the buyer has the right to reject the purchased goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. The refund is made strictly to the card from which the payment was made. In this case, the buyer at the request of the seller and at his expense must return the received goods of improper quality. All disputable issues are resolved through negotiations and within the framework of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
