The cottage is located in Tsikhisdziri, Kobuleti municipality, very close to the beach. Magical space Tsikhisdziri - an amazing space created for people who love comfort and quality rest. Our house is built from eco-friendly wood. The house consists of two Isolated floors in one space. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable bed, which provides with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains from the window. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Main advantage of the house is a large balcony overlooking the garden and the sea.
You will find all the necessary appliances and inventory in the house, and it is fully at your disposal during the period of your stay.
The house has a secluded green yard. You can use the sitting areas in the yard at any time.
The cottage is located in Tsikhisdziri. Tsikhisdziri is a beautiful, historic, seaside village. Architecture and landscape of the village is outstanding. 7 minutes from the cottage there is a VI century fortress ‘Petra’, which is picturescue at any time of the year.
Here you can find gorgeous beaches with tropical and subtropical plants, bamboo forests, and natural stone rocks. These beaches attract thousands of tourists especially in Summer.
10 minutes from the cottage there is an exotic cafe ‘Shukura’, which is located between subtropical forest and the sea. Its architecture is merged with the environment where it is located. Here you can taste Georgian traditional dishes as well as international cuisine. There is a free outdoor cinema where you can enjoy warm summer nights. Free table tennis tables are available on a large green field, where you can have fun with friends with background quiet music.
Tsikhisdziri is located in Kobuleti municipality on the Batumi-Tbilisi central highway. Our cottage is only 5 minutes away from the highway so you can easily travel to different parts of Georgia. Here you can find different means of transport: buses, mini buses (so called ‘marshutka’), taxes - which serve you any time of the day.
Batumi - pearl of Adjara region and a visit card of Georgia, is located 30 minutes from Tsikhisdziri. And it only takes 7-8 minutes’ drive to find yourself in the center of Kobuleti and its railway station.
Parking in Tsikhisdziri is completely free - which is a great advantage for the people who travel by car. 5 minutes from the cottage you can find a grocery shop where you will be able to buy fruit, vegetables and other groceries. There is an orthodox church of St. George nearby too.
You can order traditional food such as: Adjarian khachapuri, Khinkali, Mtsvadi and others.
